Meal Preparation

  • Cooking (either single meals or a large mount that can be frozen)
  • Instruction / Supervision
  • Ensuring all cooking implements are cleaned and returned to their rightful place at the end of each service

Spring Cleaning

(all tasks that involve working at height must be reachable from the second step of a three step ladder), tasks can include:

General House Cleaning

  • Bathroom – basin, bath, shower base, shower screen, taps, pipes
  • Toilet – cistern, pipes, outside / inside of bowl
  • Vacuum / Sweep / Mop floors
  • Change Bed Linen
  • Heavy Laundry
  • Hang out washing
  • Kitchen – bench tops, sink, cupboard doors, refrigerator, stove top, rubbish bins
  • Damp Dusting (if time permits)
  • Outside – essential areas only, doorways, verandas
